Our luxury teepee sleepover parties include custom-themed tents, cozy mattresses, styled bedding, tray tables, fairy lights, and décor – all set up while you watch and picked up the next morning. Perfect for birthdays, best friend sleepovers, and special surprises.

Guests arrive to satin robes hanging on a gold rack, a styled low spa table with floor pillows, hydrating face masks, cucumber eye treatments, towels, and nail kits. We set it all up beautifully and break it all down when the fun is over.

I'm the founder, stylist, and creative energy behind Katie's Party Lab – and also a wife, a mom of three girls, and a former NICU nurse.

My years in the NICU taught me that the smallest details carry the biggest meaning, and that perspective shapes every party I create. I know how fast childhood goes. I know how much these moments matter. And I've built a process that makes beautiful celebrations feel completely effortless for the families I work with.

Step 4: We deliver, set up, and style your party

How do I book a party?
Submit an inquiry form and we'll confirm availability and send package options within 48 hours.
What's required to secure my date?
A $150 deposit and signed contract lock in your date.
Do you handle setup and cleanup?
Yes! We deliver, set up, style, and return for full pickup. You enjoy the party.
How much space do I need?
Sleepover setups need approximately 2' x 6' per teepee. Spa and charm bar setups need a small open floor or table area.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 3-4 weeks, especially for weekends, but reach out anway if your date is sooner and we'll do our best.
