Hi, I'm Katie
Kids Party Planner in Erie, CO
I'm a former NICU RN, a mom of three girls (including a toddler) who knows how fast life gets busy, and the wife of a retired Coast Guard veteran. My time in the NICU taught me to truly appreciate and celebrate milestones, both big and small. I now bring that same heart into creating beautifully styled kids parties that feel magical without adding stress. When I'm not planning celebrations, I'm usually sneaking in a few pages of a book and embracing the beautiful chaos of family life.

How Our Kids Party Planning Process Works
Step 1: Choose Your Party
Browse our party options and pick the experience that fits your child and your vision
Step 2: Fill Out the Contact Form
Share a few details so I can check availability and get a feel for what you're dreaming up.
Step 3: Discuss the Details
We'll connect to go over styling, guest count, and any personal touches you'd like to include.
Step 4: Sign & Secure Your Date
Once everything feels right, you'll sign your contract and submit your deposit to lock it in.
Step 4: Sit Back & Relax
I'll take care of the planning, shopping, setup, and cleanup. You get to enjoy the celebration stress-free.
